About Mount Carmel
Mount Carmel is a residential treatment facility in South London, offering 12-Step facilitation and group therapy to treat primary alcohol addiction. Their multidisciplinary staff team also can address co-occurring addictions and mental health challenges, such as gambling and drug addiction, however, the primary concern for clients must be alcohol addiction. Mount Carmel also offers complementary therapies such as yoga, meditation, acupuncture, hypnotherapy, and equine therapy.
Mount Carmel offers a family support program for client’s family members and loved ones. The program includes family group meetings twice per month. They also provide free aftercare for life to their clients. The aftercare program consists of bi-monthly onsite support groups, alumni social events, and individual counseling sessions.
