About Life Works - The Cottage
Located in a private location in the Surrey countryside, The Cottage offers exclusive, personal treatment for a wide range of conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, executive stress, and eating disorders. The Cottage provides discreet and confidential services, treating only one client at a time to ensure privacy and highly personalised care. Individual attention begins when clients first arrive on the property. Their entire stay is organised and arranged by a personal programme co-ordinator, who is available to support and tailor treatment to the client’s specific needs.
The Cottage provides a well-rounded, sophisticated approach to care that treats the whole person rather than just their symptoms. Using a personalised approach, clients can participate in a wide range of evidence-based therapies and holistic services, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), the 12-Step approach, yoga, reflexology, meditation, massage, acupuncture, equine therapy, and much more.
Confidentiality is key at The Cottage. Clients can rest assured in the privacy of their stay, during both therapeutic sessions and in leisure time. The Cottage’s beautiful Georgian home is far removed from the public eye and offers premium comfort and luxury. Clients stay in a luxurious bedroom, fitted with a king-size bed, and will also enjoy a comfortable lounge area, TV, internet, plush furniture, and an en-suite bathroom. Complimentary laundry, dry cleaning, and chauffeur services are available along with access to a library and a gym. Other leisure activities include golf, horseback riding and fly fishing.
A family programme brings clients’ families to The Cottage for educational sessions and group work. First-class dining is held on the property, with the menu designed around clients’ specific dietary restrictions. For clients seeking high-quality, luxury treatment that provides a thorough and confidential treatment plan, The Cottage is the ideal place to start the road to recovery.
