About Clinic Les Alpes
Clinic Les Alpes offers private rehabilitation to people with substance and behavioural addictions and families affected by addiction in a historic alpine chateau located above Montreux, in Switzerland. True to Swiss values, the clinic is based upon discretion, confidentiality, authenticity and excellence.
Clinic Les Alpes is a fully licensed, in-patient Swiss medical facility, with doctors, counsellors, nurses and medical personnel on duty and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that you receive the best possible care.
Their international multidisciplinary team always has your best interest at heart and puts everything in place to create the right conditions for you to embrace recovery, from the counselling staff to the housekeeping members. Treatment is primarily in English, but can be in other languages, as well: French, Spanish, Russian, Italian, and Portuguese
Clinic Les Alpes’ holistic approach continuously focuses on the interplay between the mind, body and spirit. Every part of yourself will be addressed and taken care of. Stepping into recovery requires courage and implies a profound personal work on all aspects of life. This is why the clinic also helps you with other areas addiction has affected, such as sleep hygiene, nutrition, dental health, stress management, and more.
Clinic Les Alpes is here to offer you a safe environment to experience abstinence. Helped with judicious medication determined by medical necessity, their staff will accompany you through detoxification and your first steps into sober life.
Abstaining from addictive substances or behaviours is the starting point of treatment. It is the entrance to your true inner self, a way to unveil the person addiction has buried. Abstinence is not only about not doing something; it is about giving space to actively practice recovery.
Staff will help you through this experience as they understand that it might be a source of fear and anxiety.
In imaginatively landscaped grounds, Clinic Les Alpes sits above the town of Montreux, with breathtaking 360-degree views over mountains, alpine meadows, woodlands and Lake Geneva. The region is known for its efficiency, healthcare expertise and geographical accessibility. With three airports nearby, Clinic Les Alpes is easily accessible, yet “away from it all”.
We approach you as the unique individual you are. We draw on our experience and expertise to help you map out and establish a recovery that is entirely your own and long-lasting. We can suggest various types of therapeutic activities, such as art therapy, group therapy, adventure therapy, meditation, yoga, massages, fitness training, and so on.
The all-consuming nature of addiction affects addicts as well as their families and close ones. Life can begin to reduce to obsessive preoccupation with what is happening with the addicted person. It is the family version of trying to control the uncontrollable. So, Clinic Les Alpes offers treatment to families addressing the relationship they have with the dependent person.
