I came to Seven Arrows broken and beaten down. I left whole, I left with self-esteem and self confidence. Thanks to this place, I am a happier, sober me, for myself and my family. I love Seven Arrows!

Treatment at Seven Arrows was overall outstanding. The entire staff, from management and administration to Behavioral Technicians and Chefs, work with high energy to provide very attentive, individualized care for their clients. The weekly clinical schedule not only engages clients in a large variety of therapeutic practices, but also teaches many different skills for recovery. The holistic aspects of the Seven Arrows program give a very unique experience to each patient as time is set aside each day to indulge in nature be it through the equine program and care of horses, gardening, or multiple indigenous traditions shared with the entire community. My recovery journey has included stays at multiple treatment facilities and I am extremely confident in saying a 90 day stay at Seven Arrows has allowed me to engage with peers and staff to a level not previously experienced. Time at Seven Arrows balances perfectly traditional clinical practices, holistic healing, and Native American traditions and ceremonies in a remote setting that altogether creates a one-of-a-kind setting to focus on rebuilding a strong foundation of core values to support a life rooted in sobriety. Additionally the alumni community upon completing the program is instantly accessible through weekly meetings as well as informational emails and announcements. If one is in search of a place to find real help to create life changing growth, Seven Arrows is the first step.

Seven Arrows is truly an amazing place. Having to submit yourself to a recovery program is difficult enough, but this place makes the experience and process comfortable. You have the perfect blend of group therapy, one on one therapy, equine therapy, & time to just reflect by yourself. The Native American traditions/culture & time with the horses was by far my favorite part. Seven Arrows was able to take me outside my comfort zone but make me feel comfortable at the same time. Being able to go at my own pace while still being challenged was a great blend for me. They keep a close knit atmosphere and all the clients depend on one another for support, encouragement, & celebration with progress. The staff is very helpful and supportive of all clients. They are always there to talk, listen, support, etc. when you need them. Seven Arrows has given me a second chance with life and I would highly recommend it for anyone that is seeking help for addiction. I would have enjoyed the opportunity to have had more one on one time with a therapist or with equine therapy. Sometimes I found myself discouraged in a few group settings, especially when the client setting became larger than 10.

When I went to Seven Arrows, I was broken, didn’t care if I lived or died, filled with shame and demoralization. Through group and one on one counseling, equine therapy, hiking, meditation, yoga, and breath work, I became willing to give life another round with guidance from people I had started to trust… the staff. Seven Arrows saved my life. The only negative was I had to leave. A’Ho!

Seven Arrows was the third and final residential treatment facility on my road to recovery. The trauma informed approach and the integration of Native American philosophy and the equine program, experiential outings,, all together, an approach that made all the difference for me. The staff is compassionate and caring in addition to knowing their profession. The program is unique in my experience and one that I’m eternally grateful to have found.
