Testimonial

As a Mother who sadly lost her adult son to the disease of addiction, after numerous recovery attempts, it is a blessing to have watched my cousin's son flourish at Rockland Recovery! After watching him with his struggles we now see him smile, he has a good job, is in a healthy relationship & in short he has his life back & his loved ones have him back!

Rockland gave me the guidance and the tools necessary for a life that is far more fulfilling than it was in active addiction.

My personal experience with Rockland Recovery was unparalleled. I had spent the better part of a decade in and out of treatment. Until my stay at Rockland, I could not achieve long term and meaningful recovery. The knowledge and guidance I received from the staff was truly unmatched. I reluctantly arrived on their doorstep and quickly realized they were not just another treatment center…Fast forward 3 years and I have a quality of life that I never imagined. My journey has been challenging and required a lot of work. I can confidently say, I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for the mentorship I received and still continue to receive from the people at Rockland.

If I were to express my every gratitude for this program, this would be a novel, so I will keep it shortish and to the point. Rockland Recovery Treatment Center saved my life, hands down. As cliche and dramatic as that sounds. It is because of the people that work here and their dedication, experience, passion that I was able to truly get to the root and dig deep inside to begin dealing with and heal from my alcoholism and my own self. I had experiences at other treatment centers and they were very generic and surface level with their approach. They essentially focused on the addiction itself and what it causes. My experience at RRTC went much deeper and their program/guidance from the folks there got me to face exactly what was going on inside that ultimately resulted in me turning to my lil drinkypoo's. Finally looking in the mirror and admitting, acknowledging this is what I did, and caused with liquor involved thus I began the journey to learn and heal from that. Versus my experiences at the other facilities which was more This is was alcohol caused, victim approach. The bottle didn't come to me, I went to the bottle. This was also my first time ever doing the steps and am tremendously grateful to have. For anyone suffering in addiction, there is hope, you can face that monster, heal and recover from it. But you HAVE TO PUT THE WORK IN and put it in continuously. You can't give up, so never give up. RRTC set the perfect and strongest foundation to begin and continue my re
